The Equal Rights Center’s Multifamily Housing Resource Program, is a membership program within the ERC’s Fair Housing Program offering developers a proactive approach to housing accessibility. The MHRP focuses on: (1) increasing the number of residential housing units and properties in the United States that are accessible to persons with disabilities; and (2) enhancing housing industry compliance with accessibility laws.
